闲聊初入职场的儿子
儿子前年底大学提前毕业后己被4大会计事务所之一录用，但要到去年9月才能上班，他说要利用这段时间考CPA，但实际上他却到处去旅行了，不亦乐乎玩了10个国家。4门CPA考试，到上班却只完成三门，本性难改，他什么事都要放到最后一刻去完成，好在上班不久就通过了第4门考试，算是完成进入职场的一项重要任务。按照公司规定，进入公司五年内必须完成CPA考试，没想到他是那届进公司南加州事务所最早通过考试的几人之一，为此公司奖励了他5千美金，他回家说这$5000钱不多，但却象天上掉下来的馅饼。
听说在4大工作的人很忙，儿子进入后确实如此，每天7点起床，晚8点才回来，除了正常的工作，其中一部分时间是用来培训，上班第二天，他就去旧金山开了三天入职培训会，工作中常有来自主管的指导和监督，强调团队合作，也常会有职业道德的培训。前段时间一亲戚需贷款，想找儿子在其公司的年收入表签字，但儿子一口回绝，说不是我做的表我不会签字，很欣赏儿子坚持原则，即使很亲近的人也能如此。其公司所实行政策也是用人不疑，公司会给你信用卡消费，每月可报销60元手机费，每餐可报销$25，不会有人来检查你，有收据就行，公司极少fire人，但在消费上占公司便宜是零容忍，肯定会被开除，个人品行及职业道德的重要可见一斑。除了早起晚归的上班，儿子周未也加班，但感觉他没有想象中忙，周未还有时间打游戏，美其名说需要放松。他现在自制力强，玩游戏不上瘾，从末因玩而耽误了工作。
进4大会计事务所上班，跟付用相比。其实工资并不很高，超时工作，周末加班的补偿也不多，但专业人士还是对其工作趋之若鹜。儿子所在事务所去年在南加州二，三十所大学只招了不到70人，而其中近30人来自他所在大学的专业，可以想象对其他学校来说录取率是多么低。4大录取对能力和学业都要求高，儿子所在公司要求GPA3.5以上。凡事有例外，儿子大学最后两年曾任学校主要club的头，社会活动多，花在专业的时间少，GPA最后只有三点四几，但实习时，主管很喜欢他，说一定录取他。儿子在实习时，把在一般大学成绩不错的高中好友也推荐给主管，竞一起被录用了，看来connection在哪里都重要。回到前面主题，年轻人争进四大，看重的不是工资，而是在四大所受到的培训和工作经历，这些人生独特的工作起点会让他们在专业上终生受益。

This wireless headset is really small! It's much smaller than the palm! It's really unexpected. And very light. I have always used earphones with cables, but they are not very convenient to store, and I can't listen to music while running. This wireless can solve these problems. More beautiful than wired ones!

Quite poor headphones, in the first few days they were really good, hence the 5 star review. But after about 2 weeks I started having issues, they keep pausing on their own then randomly unpausing, this happens a lot and is so frustrating, Iamp;apos;ve gone back to my cheap headphones from amazon now and it got so bad they were pretty much unusable. plus noise cancellation doesnamp;apos;t work.
